Purpose: to process and respond to the complaint or suggestion submitted, and to record it for quality control purposes.

Legal basis: the consent of the data subject and compliance with the obligations applicable to healthcare centres regarding the handling of complaints.

Recipients: only the centre's management. No data is disclosed to third parties except where legally required.

Retention: identification and contact data are anonymised five years after the file is closed; the file itself is kept in anonymised form.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to direccion@duaclinic.es. You may contact the Data Protection Officer at dpd@versiongalega.com and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
